  • Provide guidance, feedback, coaching, and mentoring to build the capabilities of BA team
  • Continually enhance skills and build knowledge in all aspects of the organization and within the business analysis domain

Business Analysis Planning:

  • Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups
  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates
  • Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities

Requirements Analysis and Documentation:

  • Engage large and diverse business stakeholder groups to facilitate requirements discovery, analysis, and review
  • Apply key elicitation techniques and advanced facilitation techniques to conduct large workshops
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives
  • Partner with the Business and Solution Architects, and Technology teams to define business needs and explore, assess and recommend value-add solution options to support business strategies
  • Ensure team and stakeholders have knowledge of the RBC Requirements Process
  • Participate in requirements effort estimation at project portfolio level
  • Partner with project management to identify projects' interdependencies
  • Ensure quality of requirement deliverables and requirements estimates
  • Resolve requirements conflicts and issues between projects as escalated by the team
  • Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements process and techniques
