Job Summary

As a Senior Client Change Project Manager at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, interoperability, and growth in profitability. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to design, manage, and coordinate client-driven initiatives, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage change requests, including review, approval, and prioritization, as well as coordination of change repository and tracking of cost estimates.
  • Perform primary gap analysis, solution design, and handling of small change requests and quick fixes.
  • Design and implement system changes, ensuring operational readiness before new implementations.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Client Change Management framework to improve client experience and increase efficiency.
  • Manage ongoing development and process improvement to meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • BA or BSc in business or other relevant degree.
  • Knowledge of one of RBC's core services and products.
  • Experience managing a range of projects and deliverables, with PM/BA experience and/or qualifications.
  • Transversal business knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
