About the role:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

What you will be doing:
  • Create editorial social media calendars through multiple social media channels for Canadian Audiences (French-Canadian speaking)
  • Develop content briefings, as well as curate content from multiple online sources
  • Schedule and execute social media calendars in Sprinklr
  • Community management – both reactive and proactive
  • Content localization review (French-Canadian & English)
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Perform ongoing social listening analysis as part of data collection activities. Regular tracking, and report analysis to generate actionable insights and learnings.
  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager.
  • Bilingual French-Canadian & English – needs to be able to write copy in both languages
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Good time-management and organization skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • B2B/tech industry experience is a plus
  • Sprinklr knowledge
  • This role can be performed remote (Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Vancouver)
