Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, health, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Clean and prepare food areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  • Verify food quality, quantity, and safety before serving.
  • Cook and package food items, such as eggs, sausages, bacon, hamburgers, chicken, fish, french fries, and Onion Rings.
  • Operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills and deep-fat fryers.
  • Prepare food according to customer orders and instructions.
  • Measure ingredients for specific food items.
  • Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
  • Cook exact orders for customers, working on multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare foods for cooking or assembly.
  • Schedule activities and equipment use with managers.
  • Train and transfer skills to junior team members.
