Suite Attendant

Join our team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment as a Suite Attendant and be part of creating unforgettable experiences for our fans and guests at Rogers Arena. We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to provide exceptional service and hospitality to our executive and hospitality suite guests.

Job Summary:

As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering a superior level of service and hospitality to our guests. This is a part-time, hourly, events-based position that requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide premium food and beverage service to guests in our executive and hospitality suites
  • Communicate a thorough knowledge of menu items, food presentation, and beverage selection
  • Build strong relationships with returning guests and Suite owners in a high-touch environment
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a larger team across the organization
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
  • Completion of a Serving it Right certificate
  • At least two years of serving experience in a fine dining environment
  • Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
  • Able to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Be a solutions provider, committed to continuous improvement ideas and initiatives
  • Display a neat, tidy, and professional presentation to meet a high level of appearance and service standards
