The Vice President of Infrastructure at Lumen IT

Join our team as the lead employee in our special accounts division. You'll be in charge of providing top-tier managed IT services to our clients and acting as the main point of contact between upper management, Windows teams, and various other departments to address complex issues and prioritize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a client roster for high-level managed IT services
  • Ensure client needs are not just met, but exceeded
  • Facilitate open communication between our President and clients
  • Plan and oversee network/server infrastructure projects
  • Guide clients in developing their cloud IT infrastructure
  • Implement best practices from leading cloud vendors
  • Supervise multinational client teams and promote skill development
  • Engage with top client networks and customers from various sectors
  • Create budget models and cost-effective service solutions for clients
Requirements:

Experience/Skills (Required)

  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Network, and Microsoft servers
  • Proven leadership experience in IT infrastructure settings
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in team management and talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in English and other languages such as Ukrainian and Russian
  • Authorization to work in Canada and willingness to travel internationally

Education/Credentials (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science

Licenses & Certifications (Highly Preferred)

  • Various certifications including AWS Solutions Architect and Cisco CCNP
