Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, and emergency codes.
  2. Handle customer and associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
  3. Monitor Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and provide assistance to outlying registers.
  4. Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions and assist with error corrections, providing approvals and verifying processes to meet company guidelines.
  6. Ensure EAS systems are functioning to standard, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues appropriately.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily and support cashiers by providing change as needed, while maintaining front-end cash levels and supporting processes.
  8. Oversee and promote company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
