Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our Front End operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Front End operations to ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed.
  2. Handle customer and Associate concerns, providing guidance and support as required.
  3. Monitor Front End associates, ensuring proper coverage and coordinating breaks.
  4. Provide training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, and safety.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, ensuring compliance with Company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including Cashiers deactivating and Greeters handling issues appropriately.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, supporting cashiers with change and maintaining front end cash levels.
  8. Oversee and promote all company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services and charity initiatives.
