Job Summary

Revelstoke Mountain Resort is seeking a talented and innovative individual with a strong focus on content creation, photography and digital storytelling to join our team. As the Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bringing the brand story to life through photography and videography. You will be responsible for capturing, creating, and curating high-quality content to be used across various digital platforms, ensuring that our brand's voice is consistent and engaging. We are looking for a professional with relevant experience, exceptional photography skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Functions

Capture, produce, and edit high quality visual content (photography, videos, and reels) for social media, web, advertising (digital and print), media partners, tourism partners, affiliated brands and all other marketing purposes.

· Assist the Social Media Coordinator with pitching, planning, and executing content series for marketing campaigns across all platforms.

· Assist the Social Media Coordinator when necessary - plan, schedule, and post social media content across multiple platforms.

· Assist the Social Media Coordinator with guest feedback -engage with guests and social media audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across multiple platforms.

· Work with partners, sponsors, athletes, and influencers to create collaborative content that aligns with the resort's brand and marketing goals.

· Help organize and maintain the Resort's digital asset management platform - upload, organize, and UGC curation.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the sport tourism industry.

· A marketing degree is considered an asset.

· A passion for outdoor and mountain-related activities.

Skills Required

Exceptional photography, videography, and editing skills required.

· Proficient with editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.

· Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal communication skills.

· Must be able to ski/ride in all conditions and on various terrain with photography equipment.

· Clean B.C. driver's license.

Working Conditions:

· Manual dexterity is required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

· Flexible schedule as some weekends, evenings, and early mornings may be required.

· This role is physically demanding and is executed in all weather and conditions.
