Job Summary

The OMNI Department Manager will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in meeting their shopping needs. This will be achieved by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and OMNI services, directly and through follow-up with OMNI Associates. As part of a team, this Associate will strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the training and development of all OMNI Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  2. Complete Back Office Setup, including reviewing Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, and Confirmation of Daily Orders, to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  3. Check email and AMP+ for Action Items and complete tasks accordingly.
  4. Perform daily picks and post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, and maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards.
  5. Lead by example, greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
