We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Clerk to join our team at Riverview Health Centre. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for performing staffing and scheduling functions for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Perform staffing and scheduling functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Utilize ESP or other computerized staffing systems to efficiently manage staffing and scheduling tasks.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to ensure compliance with collective agreement language and relevant workplace safety and health responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain accurate files and records, prioritizing work activities and utilizing time efficiently.
- Grade 12 graduate, Manitoba standards.
- 1-year experience in an equivalent position, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Advanced knowledge of staffing and scheduling processes, including collective agreement language and workplace safety and health responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using ESP or other computerized staffing systems, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
This is a term position that may end earlier as outlined in your collective agreement. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
