Senior Client Solutions Analyst, Real Estate Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Analyst to join our Real Estate Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onboarding support to new clients, including collecting information and assessing risk profiles.
- Escalate client service issues and resolve them in a timely and amicable manner.
- Perform credit-related tasks, including reviewing financial statements and credit analysis.
- Coordinate efforts with internal partners to ensure loan funding and business account openings are fulfilled.
- Look for opportunities to enhance client needs and provide referrals for ancillary products and services.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to excellent client service and ability to work with clients to resolve issues.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
- Strong knowledge of Onboarding, Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering processes.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and credit analysis.
- Good knowledge of Commercial Banking partners and their involvement in servicing clients.
