Marsh est à la recherche d'un consultant sénior en réclamation pour son équipe du département des réclamations de Montréal. Le candidat doit posséder une expérience considérable en traitement des demandes de règlements des clients, en examen des demandes de règlements pour les assureurs, ou encore à titre d'expert en sinistres pour des tiers.
Le consultant sénior en réclamation est responsable de faciliter la gestion des sinistres en fonction des paramètres opérationnels définis de l'équipe du service des réclamations afin que les clients obtiennent un règlement équitable rapidement. Le candidat doit être capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et qui évolue rapidement, et doit posséder des compétences techniques dans toutes les branches de l'assurance de dommages.
Les responsabilités du consultant sénior en réclamation incluent :
- Prendre part à la gestion des réclamations, à l'analyse des couvertures, à la résolution de problèmes et aux stratégies de règlement pour et avec les clients.
- Analyser les détails du sinistre afin de déterminer les polices et les protections appropriées.
- Diriger le processus de réclamation pour les clients en participant aux discussions sur la stratégie à cet égard, afin de faire évoluer le dossier et de résoudre la demande de façon équitable.
- Interagir étroitement avec les équipes clients internes et les autres consultants en réclamations afin d'améliorer l'expérience client en matière de demandes de règlement.
- Être fortement orienté vers la satisfaction des clients et proposer une valeur ajoutée en matière de réclamation.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les groupes de direction internes et externes pour qu'ils comprennent mieux comment clôturer les réclamations rapidement et ainsi réduire les risques pour Marsh.
- Venir en aide aux équipes du courtage en prenant part à l'élaboration de protocoles de gestion de réclamation pour nos clients.
- Surveiller les réponses des assureurs à l'égard des réclamations rapportées et communiquer avec les assureurs et leurs réviseurs et autres professionnels afin de favoriser une résolution rapide et harmonieuse des réclamations.
- Assurer la liaison et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe du service de l'indemnisation afin d'élaborer des pratiques exemplaires en matière de gestion des réclamations.
- Rédiger des communications à l'intention des clients et/ou des assureurs et passer en revue les documents préparés par les clients, afin de faciliter le processus des réclamations.
- Établir des relations avec les principales parties prenantes, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe.
- Fournir des services d'assistance technique en matière de réclamation, ainsi que de l'encadrement pour les collègues tout en faisant preuve de leadership.
Le candidat idéal doit posséder :
- Au moins 7 ans d'expérience en réclamation d'assurance des entreprises, soit en tant qu'expert en sinistres, fournisseurs, ou membre d'une équipe juridique ou de courtage.
- Diplôme universitaire ou certification d'études supérieures.
- Titre de PAA, de CRM ou LL.B, sont tous des atouts.
- Compréhension approfondie du droit des assurances et des procédures de règlement des sinistres.
- Participation directe à des dossiers de demandes de règlement importants et complexes en matière d'assurance de dommages et de biens.
- Relations étroites avec les assureurs et connaissance détaillée des procédures de demande de règlement dans le marché de l'assurance.
- Parfaitement bilingue, Oral et écrit (français et anglais).
