Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutionsWork closely with Technicians and ensure orders are fulfilled promptlyShipping and receiving duties to ensure proper inventory is maintainedAdvise customers on recommended automotive services and repair options, including costs and timeframesIssue purchase orders to suppliers, ensuring to provide part numbers, quantity, source and repair order numbersUpdate wholesale customers orders, back orders, and special case orders weekly.Work with Mobile Wholesale Parts Specialists on obtaining new accounts and fulfilling orders.Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in cash handling and financial record keeping
  • Demonstrate proficiency in math for pricing, invoicing and financial calculations
  • Automotive experience is considered an asset
