We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Corporation Service Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration and renewal of domains for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with global vendors to complete customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the domain registration process.
- Manage a shared team queue of new work and individual processing queue, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure the protection and security of global internet brands.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to research fulfillment options and find solutions for client needs, providing expert advice and guidance as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and registry partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to process improvement projects, analyzing data and implementing changes to increase team efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domain projects and launches, providing support and expertise as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as is a strong interest in technology and agility in learning new products and features.
