We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team at Pro-Par, a leading manufacturer of propane tanks in Quebec. As a Production Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, working closely with our team to ensure the efficient and safe assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble, adjust, and install prefabricated parts to form sub-assemblies or finished products using manual or mechanical tools.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and scrap metal through the factory, manually or using an overhead crane.
  • Quality Control: Assist in inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Clean work areas and equipment, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a production assembly role.
  • Skills: Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
