We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Coordinators to work at west of downtown Ottawa. You'll be responsible for providing first-class customer service to callers over the phone and via email This Ottawa office is a great space to start your new career and we know you'll love it here

Please note that you have to be physically in Ottawa to be eligible for this role

Responsibilities

  • Provide relocation policy advice to customers through scheduled planning sessions
  • Tactfully make and take calls hold 30minute planning session calls
  • Assist clients with solving complex problems
  • Review files and make suggestions for future claims or projects
  • Record detailed notes for each planning session in profiles for future review
  • Manage your time effectively and efficiently while working in a fastpaced environment
Qualifications

  • Bilingual French and English is mandatory
  • Must have customer service experience (preferably in a call centre environment)
  • Must be available during hours of work between 8 am8 pm
  • Background in relocation services is considered an asset
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Feel rewarded for problemsolving
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance (reliability)
