Job Title: Overnight Stocking Associate

Join our team as an Overnight Stocking Associate and play a key role in ensuring the success of our store's overnight operations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the leadership of overnight associates and department processes, while providing exceptional customer service and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking, ensuring that priorities are communicated and executed effectively.
  • Assess and improve the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, identifying areas for corrective action and implementing merchandising display changes as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, managing accidents and ensuring a secure environment for customers and associates.
  • Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure compliance with security and physical facility standards.
  • Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to achieve production results and improve overall store performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Age: 18 or older
Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred for this role:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
