Daily responsibilities may include:

  • Assemble electrical control panels and enclosures following detailed schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Perform wiring, component installation, and labeling of control panels.
  • Conduct functional testing of assembled control panels to ensure proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical assemblies and wiring.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the assembly process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Technical or trade school certification in electrical or electronic systems preferred.
  • 2 years of proven experience in electrical control panel assembly or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for electrical assembly.
