About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest service and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including preparing products and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Lead, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation.
  • Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
