About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our parking facilities, including staff supervision, client satisfaction, and tenant communications.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Account Management: Reconcile, audit, and update parking accounts, including device issuance and replacement, and account setup.
  • Card Access Auditing: Ensure proper locking out of unpaid accounts and follow up on unreturned access cards and decals not on file.
  • Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report any discrepancies between parkade access systems and MPS Core, and communicate with property management and Impark on any issues.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies and correspondence for the Account Manager.
  • Staff Training and Succession Planning: Develop and implement training programs for staff, including education, hiring, discipline, termination, training, and scheduling.
  • Staff Scheduling: Produce and maintain updated monthly schedules within UKG and Dimensions, and ensure all staff information is correct within UKG.
  • Loss Prevention: Follow up on daily reports and ensure compliance with property management and Impark audit standards.
  • Facility Maintenance: Review and maintain the physical condition of our parking facilities, including landscaping, signage, surface, and lighting, and provide general equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Rate Strategies: Review rates and make recommendations on ways to incentivize parking operations and grow parking revenues.
  • Performance Review: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of staff as required by Impark policy.
  • Safety: Ensure the safe operation of our parking facilities in adherence to property management and Impark standards, and track and manage incident reports and damage claims.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience: Have at least 18 years of age and experience in account management and revenue collection, with previous supervisory experience.
  • Availability: Be available to work on weekends.
