About the Role- Assist in providing direct care for residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support your colleagues in delivering exceptional care.
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset, but not required.
- A genuine passion for providing quality care and making a difference in the lives of others.
- Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work positively with staff, residents, and families.
