Nature & Scope:

The Team Lead will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging atmosphere on the sales floor, building customer loyalty and retention, and promoting a positive, safe, and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach and develop associates to improve their customer service skills and provide positive feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with the leadership team and sales associates to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
  • Support the leadership team in implementing new company initiatives and driving business growth.
Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills:
  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in apparel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
