Over-the-Counter Associate

Join our team as an Over-the-Counter Associate and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
- Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
- Rotate stock and check for expired products to ensure a fresh and appealing shopping experience.
- Zone the department to create an inviting and easy-to-navigate space for customers.
- Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
- Keep the area clean and free of debris, fixtures, and foreign objects.
- Maintain zero pricing errors and ensure accurate scanning.
- Calibrate equipment used in the prescription filling process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
