About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director to lead our Regional Hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning and Leadership: Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve our hospital's goals and objectives.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  3. Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners.
  4. Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care services.
  5. Staff Development and Engagement: Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care services.
  6. Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including regular reporting on hospital performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • 10-15 years of recent, related progressively senior management experience in a large healthcare organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
