Global Security Director

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as a Global Security Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global security strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Global Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement a global security strategy that addresses the company's security risks and ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Security Operations Management: Manage and oversee the implementation of security operations across the globe, including crisis management, business continuity, and investigations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective execution of security operations and the development of a security culture within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management, regional leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of security strategies and initiatives.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the globe, ensuring the company's assets and operations are protected.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and develop and implement policies and procedures to support security operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminology, security, risk management, or a related area. A graduate degree or attendance at a recognized leadership program is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate international/national security leadership, with extensive fieldwork experience. Experience in the centralization of a worldwide security operation, involving change management, is preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement global security strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and other stakeholders. Proven ability to manage and mitigate security risks, and to develop and implement policies and procedures to support security operations.
