Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is looking for individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be educating and offering financial products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educating customers on the features and benefits of the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk
- Driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for the product
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a great experience
- Finding creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with store personnel
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information
