Job Title: Senior Manager, Financial Reporting SystemsThis is a key leadership role that will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Magna's global financial reporting systems. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of financial reporting systems, including OneStream, LeaseAccelerator, and Kepion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to meet business needs and requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other departments to address system issues and support initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team, providing training and support to end-users.
- Coordinate updates of metadata and security elements across systems.
- Oversee the global financial systems user support portal and provide support to auditors.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial reporting systems, with a focus on OneStream or similar software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. CPA designation highly desired.
- Demonstrated success in team management and project delivery.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficient in project management and prioritization, with a proven track record of driving projects to completion.
