Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled General Duty Technologist to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital. As a General Duty Technologist, you will be responsible for performing and assisting radiologists and other physicians in the performance of radiological procedures, participating in student teaching programs, and assisting with orientation of registered technologists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and assist radiologists and other physicians in the performance of radiological procedures
  • Participate in student teaching programs
  • Assist with orientation of registered technologists
  • Perform assigned area functions
  • Other related duties as directed

Requirements:

  • Member of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) in good standing
  • Good knowledge of radiographic theory and practical
  • Demonstrated evidence of teaching skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to retain patient information on a confidential basis

Working Conditions:

  • This position is non-conforming and includes weekends and associated stats
