We are currently seeking a Part-time Building Resident Manager to join our team in Coquitlam, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inspections of life safety systems, boiler and electrical rooms, and exterior grounds
  • Inspect floors and grounds, listing deficiencies and completing maintenance tasks
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties, including elevator landings, lobby, and laundry room
  • Collect and process rental payments, and coordinate with trades and suppliers
  • Update in-suite maintenance schedules and process correspondence
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to tenant inquiries
