**Relief Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse**
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Hemodialysis team in Abbotsford, B.C. This is a relief part-time position available until approximately January 8, 2026 or Return of Incumbent.
**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care during pre-dialysis, intra-dialysis, and post-dialysis periods
• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients/clients and significant others
• Contribute to the development and ongoing changes to individualized plans of care
• Perform nursing duties related to hemodialysis in accordance with LPN competencies
• Collaborate with the RN and other members of the nephrology team as required
• Promote client involvement in health care decisions by facilitating teaching strategies
• Document and update information on relevant care and procedures to ensure client safety
**Qualifications**
• Grade 12, plus graduation from an approved program of Practical Nursing, and successful completion of post-basic education
• Current full practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
• Current certificates in CPR Level C or equivalent and First Aid
