The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Job Description:

The PACT Support Worker is a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for rehabilitative and supportive work with participants and assistance in treatment. The worker reports to the PACT team leader and psychiatrist.

  • Provide education and support to program participants
  • Assist in assessment and planning
  • Establish supportive, trusting relationships with participants
  • Assess, plan, develop, and coordinate support services
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations and safe work practices
Requirements:
  • Two years work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental health illness
  • University or College education in human services or related training
  • Demonstrated skills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
