Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join their team.

Our client is a leading supplier of portable screening, crushing, washing, and stockpiling equipment to the aggregate and recycling industries.

As a Parts Clerk, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records.

You will be part of a company that focuses on delivering exceptional equipment and service to the aggregate, recycling, and mining industries.

Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type:
Full-Time permanent In person position

Pay rate:
$22-$25/ hour based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Take orders from customers and sales agents via phone and email.
  • Order parts from suppliers.
  • Assist customers with determining proper parts for their requirements.
  • Keep accurate records of all transactions, including receipt, distribution, and return of parts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management when reorders are necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve any issues related to orders.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts room.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Min 2 3 years Prior experience in parts management or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is a must.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
