Our TW distribution center (heavy vehicle parts division) in Longueuil is looking for a Customer service clerk

UAP offers a range of benefits and advantages such as an insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund and much more

he incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties:

  • Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
  • Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
  • Request authorization for returns from suppliers.
  • Research all customer credit requests.
  • Supplier return guarantee
Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Speed and accuracy in data entry.
  • Bilinguism
