Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Representative at Eastlink. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, including telecommunications solutions, internet, mobile, TV, telephone, security, and automation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical expertise and product knowledge.
