We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a master distributor to a well-established customer base in Canada and the United States, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, including product identification and code entry
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
- Process returns, credits, and special requests
- Collaborate with sales managers to prepare and analyze quotes for customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through follow-up calls and promotions
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with the public is an asset
Desirable Skills:
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Dynamism, autonomy, and resourcefulness
Job Details:
- Full-time employment
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
