We are seeking a Business Process Automation Specialist to implement, integrate, and troubleshoot/test Business Process Automation (BPA) flows/processes in a fast-paced environment.

As a Business Process Automation Specialist, you will work with end users and stakeholders to define and refine business processes, implement automation solutions, and lead a small team of BPA specialists.





**Key Responsibilities:**

• Implement, integrate, and troubleshoot/test Business Process Automation (BPA) flows/processes, including web service invocations, embedded scripts, and user interactions.
• Automate business processes, engaging with stakeholders to ensure defined processes meet needs.
• Champion digital transformation and automation within In-Service Support projects.
• Lead and oversee the work of a small team of BPA specialists.
• Provide products and customer solutions in consistency with all stakeholders' needs and entity policies.





**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or equivalent education with relevant experience.
• Software Development experience: 8 years, including:
+ Leading a Software Development or Software Test team: 2 years
+ Development of Web Services: 5 years, including:
- Use of Javascript for web application development: 2 years
• Experience defining software requirements, user stories, and/or GUI UX design based on stakeholder needs.





**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience with UX design and/or implementing GUIs
• Experience automating business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• Excellent "soft skills" relevant to leading a team and engaging with stakeholders
• Experience working in a scrum/agile software development environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven problem solving and analytic skills with a desire to learn
• Experience with military or aerospace domains





**Physical Demands:**

No significant physical effort expected.





**Regulatory Compliance Requirements:**

• Ability to obtain a NATO Secret security clearance
• Ability to meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration Program (including ITAR-controlled articles)
