What you'll do:

As a member of the MedixSafe Inside sales team your primary responsibility will be twofold:

  1. Daily triage, qualification, and leading of sales campaign of inbound digital leads Marketing. We have demonstrate the ability to create predictable stream of high quality leads through digital channels and your role is to catch them, qualify them, lead them through a structured sales process, and ultimately close them.
  2. Proactive outreach to our existing customer base and migrate them over from our legacy solution to our newly launched Trust platform introduced in mid-2022. This will entail daily outreach, qualification, delivery of Technology Refresh value proposition that ultimately leads to closed business and migration to our new platform

You will leverage Digital Selling experience and sales enablement tools to deliver a world-class experience to these customers through every stage of their journey with us from awareness building to evaluation to purchase and deployment.

You will have three key mandates that determine your success:

  1. Formulating and executing a focused, organized and structured plan to manage both pipeline sourced from inbound digital demand generation and from proactive outreach to existing customer base.
  2. Leveraging Digital Selling approaches and tools including traditional communication methods such as email and phone but also leveraging writing (e.g. blogs), video and other content creation and curation to create a differentiated sales experience for these target accounts.
  3. Grow and get rewarded for driving our latest Narcotics Safes solutions into the market that create recurring revenue first and foremost.

You will need to be able to learn and understand technology relating to physical and digital security and combine that with the ability to leverage communication skills (written and verbal), organization and creativity to achieve success.

This job will be based out of Toronto, Ontario where BioConnect maintains an office. The job calls for an individual who can thrive in a "hybrid" work environment. That means you should expect to be in the office a minimum of 50% of your time. Regardless of location, you will need to become a digital sales rockstar leveraging a common set of tools including: Salesforce, Zoom, MS Office – and also be comfortable articulating a value prop and demoing our software digitally.

  • The ability to leverage and lead the engagement of BioConnect resources in the most efficient way possible to ensure your success.
  • The ability to adhere to, and ultimately contribute to, a structured repeatable sales process that leads to predictable close ratio
  • The ability to build trusting relationships with your customers and prospects through digital tools.
  • Professionally forecast and communicate your business on a rolling four quarter basis.

Must Haves:

  • A minimum of 2 years selling experience selling software solutions in a Business-to-Business environment
  • Demonstrated professional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • A self-starter attitude, a focus on continuous learning and creativity to devise strategies and overcome obstacles.
  • Tight alignment with company core values and the ability to share these values internally and externally.

Great to Haves:

  • Previous experience working with or selling to Cloud Infrastructure and/or other HighTech companies.
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to grasp and articulate our technology stack.
