Nous recherchons un spécialiste en lignes spécialisées pour rejoindre notre équipe de développement professionnel. Ce programme de 24 mois est conçu pour vous donner une expertise exceptionnelle et faire grandir votre carrière dans un secteur en constante évolution.

Qu'est-ce que vous ferez?

  • Vous travaillerez dans trois domaines différents au sein de nos lignes spécialisées.
  • Vous analyserez les demandes de devis, de renouvellement et de modification de politique.
  • Vous préparerez des devis et des recommandations pour les nouveaux affaires et les renouvellements.
  • Vous collaborerez avec nos partenaires commerciaux pour comprendre leurs besoins et les aider à évaluer les risques.
  • Vous travaillerez en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs et développer des solutions innovantes.

Qu'est-ce que nous recherchons?

  • Un diplômé récent ou un étudiant en fin de cycle d'études.
  • Un candidat avec moins de 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie de l'assurance.
  • Une personne curieuse et motivée qui aime apprendre et grandir.
  • Une personne qui peut travailler en équipe et communiquer efficacement.
  • Une personne qui est capable de prendre des décisions éclairées et de résoudre des problèmes complexes.
