Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. As a Client-Focused Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with clients and identifying their banking needs
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their financial transactions
- Identifying sales and referral opportunities and collaborating with partners to drive business growth
- Responding to client-initiated contact and resolving client banking problems
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
- Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
- Availability to work all open business hours
Nice-to-Have:
A track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry would be an asset.
