Security Officer Job Description

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol interior and exterior facilities to prevent unauthorized entry and detect potential security threats.
  • Respond to alarms and emergency calls for assistance, and take appropriate action to resolve the situation.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to identify potential security risks.
  • Screen visitors and clients in a professional manner to grant access to the facility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
