We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a General Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by zoning assigned areas, moving feature merchandise, and recovering merchandise from the Customer Service desk.
  • Assist with Front End coverage, including processing transactions and handling customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Stock merchandise, pick items, and downstock as needed, while applying product protection when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg. If you are a team player who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
