We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide front-line passenger support and assistance at airports and on flights. This role involves ensuring a positive passenger experience, meeting regulatory standards, and working independently or as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn a computerized reservation system
  • Basic computer skills (word, excel, office)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Own transportation to and from work
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Enhanced Security Clearance qualification
  • Ability to attend and complete initial Ground School Training
