We are seeking dedicated and energetic Respite/Autism Support Workers(2 people) to join our family in supporting our children. Our children are vibrant and very active, and we are looking for people who can match their energy and enthusiasm

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage in educational activities tailored to each child's needs and interests, promoting cognitive and social development.
- Participate in a variety of play-based learning activities, ensuring a fun and stimulating environment.
- Provide respite care, offering a supportive and safe atmosphere for the children.
- Collaborate with parents to implement consistent routines and behavioral strategies.
- Assist with daily living skills and socialization, fostering independence and confidence.

**Requirements:**
- Experience working with children with autism or special needs is highly desirable.
- A background in education, psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Must be energetic, patient, and have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to design and implement engaging and educational activities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with parents and caregivers.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
- Must have own vehicle and driver's license
