Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinician to join our team in providing mental health support to geriatric clients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and community agencies to provide assessment, treatment, and follow-up services.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide clinical services to elderly clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans, and provide consultation and support to families and caregivers.
  3. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of community education programs.
  4. Provide liaison with community agencies and services to ensure seamless care coordination.
  5. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Counselling, or a related field, and at least one year of recent experience working with geriatric clients in a psychiatric or community mental health setting. Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional association is also required.
