- Develop the annual online marketing strategic plan in line with the company's overall mission to optimize online sales.
- Monitor and oversee all aspects of the company's online business on a daily basis.
- Develop Web content creation strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Analyze on a weekly basis key performance indicators for traffic, conversion, revenue and act if tactics are required for optimization.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are properly marketed and executed.

What you bring
- B.A.A. in business administration (or other related field)
- Excellent knowledge of the retail industry
- Mastery of Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CMS, PIM
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience in annual planning and budget management
- Ability to illustrate and ensure proper follow-up of implemented processes
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Demonstrate autonomy and leadership
