As an Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining quality business relationships with existing and new customers
  • Implementing sales development plans and supporting district and regional strategies
  • Working with sales teams to develop sales development plans and promote Traction Heavy Duty parts and programs
  • Gathering market intelligence and reporting service or product issues to assigned store managers and district sales manager
  • Making pricing recommendations and assisting in collections and ensuring accounts adhere to buying conditions

Qualifications:

  • Community College, business major or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the Heavy Duty parts industry and minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Good computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
