Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values by providing exceptional service to customers and building relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life.

The key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Displaying a customer-centric attitude to build and maintain customer loyalty
  • Resolving customer issues effectively in a timely and positive manner
  • Contributing to the store's success as a team player
  • Performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep
  • Staying current on product and service updates
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, and visual displays
  • Adhering to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines and policies
Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
  • An upbeat, optimistic, and friendly demeanor
  • The ability to understand customer needs
  • The ability to build buy-in to ideas, decisions, actions, products, or services
Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
  • Self-starter skills and good judgment in all situations
Additional Information

This is a hourly paid position.
