Be a part of a dynamic team as a Grocery Associate at Walmart Canada, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zones the department to ensure efficient merchandising and customer flow.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain a fresh and high-quality product selection.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced, and follows food safety and handling procedures.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and ensures the department is fully stocked with merchandise.
  • Follows Health and Safety guidelines and takes necessary precautions to prevent accidents and injuries.

As a Grocery Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic math and reading skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
