The Role
The Partner Success Specialist position plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and satisfaction for all client initiatives post initial onboarding. Partner Success Specialists manage client product upgrades and offer frontline, non-technical support for all clients using the complete Versaterm Public Safety product line. They collaborate with the client evolution teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the customer experience and integrating add-on functionality to leverage the continual improvement of the product suite.

The ideal candidate
If you are an individual with a background in public safety who has closely interacted with Versaterm products, preferably as part of the initial onboarding project team, a frontline operational support provider, or a trainer for users of our products, then this career opportunity is tailored for you
Role Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of public safety software systems and law enforcement practices
- Demonstrated customer support background
- Strong written and verbal English language proficiency
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Kantana, or CRM systems will be viewed as an advantage
- Familiarity with CAD, RMS, and Mobile Applications (especially Versaterm products) would be beneficial
- Dedication to public safety
- Willingness to travel for on-site service provision
